Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager – Baltics to join our sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of the Baltic region, focusing on developing and managing strategic client relationships, driving long-term growth, and strengthening Troia’s market position.

The ideal candidate has experience in project-based sales and public procurement processes of business IT solutions for large organizations, particularly in critical infrastructure sectorsIn addition to strong sales capabilities, you bring a solid understanding of organizational structures, business processes, and enterprise IT  systems (ERP and related platforms). Experience with asset management, maintenance management, IT service management, or IBM Maximo solutions is considered an advantage.

Job tasks:
  • Own and develop key company accounts in the Lithuania and Baltic/Nordic region, building and maintaining long-term client partnerships. 
  • Take ownership of client success, focusing on long-term satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. 
  • Drive account strategies and identify growth opportunities within existing clients, as well as new business opportunities across the region. 
  • Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 
  • Work closely with internal teams  to ensure alignment and foster strong collaboration across diverse cultural and business contexts. 
  • Develop and present competitive proposals based on a deep understanding of client needs and market conditions. 
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying new business opportunities. 
  • Support and contribute to complex tenders and procurement processes. 
  • Oversee pricing coordination and provide market-driven insights to support marketing, planning, and commercial decisions. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales team, company management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution. 
  • Contribute to reporting, pipeline management, and strategic insights for leadership. 
What we expect:
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts or regional markets. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of business IT solutions or services. 
  • A degree in economics, information technology, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of the project sales process for large clients in critical infrastructure (including coordination with decision-makers, preparation of proposals, public procurement documentation, etc.). 
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-country teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into long-term business opportunities. 
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and proactiveness. 
  • Knowledge of business processes and related enterprise IT systems (ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning, EAM – Enterprise Asset Management, etc.) in large organizations is anadvantage. 
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (MS Office and AI tools) and strong digital literacy. 
  • Valid Category B driver’s license. 
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
