We are looking for an IT Systems Implementation Consultant (m/f) to join our team of consultants.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an IT Systems Implementation Consultant (m/f) to join our team of consultants. The selected candidate will independently lead the implementation processes of enterprise asset management (EAM) and IT assets and service management (ITSM) systems for our clients.
We’re seeking a IT enthusiast who is not only excited about technology but also motivated by solving complex business challenges. If you enjoy designing structural and process improvements, are interested in managing technical assets on both strategic and operational levels, and approach tasks systematically, you are the person we’re looking for.
Location: Lithuania
Key Responsibilities
- Independently leading the consulting process for implementing digital transformation solutions, EAM systems, and ITSM systems for clients.
- Conducting meetings with clients to identify their needs, requirements, and conditions.
- Organizing workshops and analyzing business processes, system requirements, necessary integrations, client operations, practices, and industry specifics.
- Planning project timelines and required resources, including defining needs for personnel, software, and hardware, in collaboration with project managers.
- Preparing solution design documentation (blueprint) and defining necessary implementation activities.
- Actively participating in the sales process and taking responsibility for post-sales activities.
- Ensuring documentation is well-organized and consistent, preparing and presenting reports.
- Preparing and reviewing test scenarios, configuring, developing, and testing agreed solutions.
What do we expect?
- Solid understanding of business processes in companies (supplychain, finance, IT, etc.).
- Experience working with clients, conducting interactive presentations and workshops.
- Educational background in computer science, information technology, economics, or related fields.
- Previous work experience with the implementation of information systems (ERP, EAM, ITSM ...) in larger companies is considered an advantage for candidates
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- We value candidates who are familiar with application systems like IBM Maximo Application Suite and IBM Maximo IT.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 55000, ITIL Strategic Leader, TOGAF, or IBM Maximo are desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
