TROIA wins a European call COSMIC, for accelerating the green transition with artificial intelligence

Being selected for the highly competitive European COSMIC programme marks a significant international milestone for TROIA and reflects our expertise, innovation capabilities, and ability to compete alongside some of Europe's leading technology and research organizations. Chosen from 359 applicants across 31 countries, we have demonstrated our strength in advanced analytics, data-driven solutions, and artificial intelligence, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in digital transformation and sustainable innovation.

Driving the Green transition with AI

COSMIC is part of the European Union's broader commitment to achieving the objectives of the European Green Deal through the application of artificial intelligence and big data technologies. The initiative brings together industry leaders, technology providers, research institutions, and innovators from across Europe with a shared mission: to leverage AI and advanced analytics to reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, improve resource efficiency, and accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable future.

Through 15 pilot projects spanning multiple industries, COSMIC will demonstrate how AI-powered solutions can generate measurable environmental and economic benefits in real-world operating environments. The programme focuses on transforming the way energy and resources are managed, helping organizations make smarter, more data-driven decisions while supporting Europe's sustainability goals.

Participation in COSMIC places TROIA within a highly collaborative European innovation ecosystem that includes 21 project partners, more than 40 industries, and a structured framework designed to identify, test, and scale breakthrough AI-driven technologies.
