Looking back on the year 2018, there is a lot for us to be proud of. Check out what our CEO Rok Dolinšek has to say about it and what the plans are for the future.

2018 was a busy and productive year - just the way we like it. Growing, not only in the number of employees but through expanding our knowledge and expertise abroad. We attended Euromaintenance 4.0 Expo in Belgium and European Utility Week in Austria, and many smaller but just as important events, presenting our work and creating new opportunities, making new connections and gaining new experience, and started exploring new markets abroad – Latvia, Ukraine, Albania and many other European countries working with many important European companies. 

Throughout we made sure, our employees had the chance of their own growth, by sending them to a variety of seminars and conferences, some of those being Maximoworld in USA and IBM qualifications in Sweden and Germany and keeping the team spirit alive through team-building activities.

Most importantly, our sales growth exceeded 15%, which resulted in us being named one of the fastest growing companies in Slovenia and receiving the AAA Certificate of Excellence in Creditworthiness 2018 and of course is, in the end, what keeps us going and proves that we are going in the right direction.

So what are we looking forward to in 2019? Following our plan of expanding abroad yet always keeping the quality and professionalism to the point. Taking on new projects and new challenges, developing new products and expanding portfolio and making sure we are the best we can be – because only then, we can offer the best service our customers deserve.
