Troia stepping into new markets and heading towards Latvia

Traveling to Riga last week, Troia started making a new footprint towards the first implementation in Latvia.

The goal of Enterprise Asset Management project is to create a united processing system of technical and operational data for technical devices, serviced by the Line Service, Substation Service and Relay Service with the possibility of also using it for other devices. The goal of the project is to provide the collection and updating of data, necessary for establishing the device health index in the unified database of technical devices.

By implementing data migration to the new system – new enterprise asset management system – IBM Maximo, the independently developed information systems, which are now being used for data processing of the primary device and for the management of devices, will be replaced.

Organizing workshops on site last week, started the process of implementing the new system to the AST (Latvian Transmission Operator) as well as establish a new cross-border partnership.
