Proactive Approach To Problem-Solving Helps A Pharmaceutical Company Run Better

Lek d.d. wanted to implement an effective central control system for its entire IT infrastructure and be able to provide support and troubleshooting from one place.


The company wanted to put in place a system that would immediately issue notifications to workers and supervisors as soon as an issue was detected and also offer a possible solution.


The implementation of solution was entrusted to a longstanding technology partner, TROIA, which delivered a comprehensive monitoring of IT infrastructure and services. Apart from products from Nagios and Icinga, various open-source solutions and their own add-ons were also used.


The implemented solution helps accelerate the detection of problems and errors in controlled devices/systems while providing the necessary tools for immediate action. Advanced control processes significantly simplified the discovery of problems and their causes and helped employees with elimination of weak links.
